  I wrote my first review about this building two months ago (below) while I was a resident. Shortly after I wrote my first review I decided I could not deal with the aggravation of living with Greystar Management anymore and gave noticed I would not be renewing when my lease was up. Since the end of July I have written to Greystar Management multiple times and have not received any response. I have written to not just the leasing office but also to Tom Evans (Regional Manager) and Garrett Oliver (building manager). They have not gotten back to me. I have called their manager in the corporate offices in Boston, she did not get back to me. I moved out on September 1st. I don't even know for certain if they realize I've left. I have received no update as to when I will receive my security deposit. They did not explain to me how to return my keys and fobs which likely means all other former tenants still have theirs which leaves the building not secure. I thought it was horrible to live there but it turns out it is just as aggravating to try to leave. This is a great building in a wonderful location. I have heard from 70% of the people I know who live here they are miserable with management. I've spoken to the (few) business who have actually moved in and they think management is awful and they feel mislead. No wonder there is so much retail and apartment vacancy.

  Apartments are nice. Jen and some of the other leasing officers are amazing. Everything else is horrible. We should be paid to live here. Fire panels beep constantly (over two years at this point) so it is clear they will never be fixed. Also, you need to use Frontier when living here which they do not disclose which is a horrible experience. The elevator was also broken for a month recently. Management doesn't care about anything and the parking policy changes regularly.
